"Fruitière De Domessin" company consists of 2 sites:one Manufacturing site in Domessin in Savoy and the second site for Ripening, slicing and shipping in Panissage, in the Isère area.
We are a SME(SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISE) and we transform 30 million liters of milk a year.
We collect our from local milk producernetwork. We produce 3300 tons of cheese (75 % in raclette, 20 % in tomme, 5 % in tartiflette).
